Principal Partner and Executive Partners – max of 75 basis points.
Senior Partners – max of 65 basis points.
Partners – max of 55 basis points.
Associate Partner – Mainly referring cases for the Partnership to process – max of 25 * basis points. The referring cases get processed by the Principal, Executive Partners or the referring Partner.
* The recommended charge within our Partnership per case is 1/2% or higher of the loan amount, minimum of $18,500, to arrange a commercial financing. At 25% level, an Associate Partner receives $4,625 for a closed commercial case even when the case is charged our minimum fee. The processing Partner will receive the remaining basis point up to the max referenced above.
Loan Processing - Partners must process their cases themselves as independent contractors. Partnership will have a few employees for non essential tasks. This practice is a must to generate max profit for the Partners and the Partnership.
Profit Sharing - All Partners regardless of their levels with the partnership will participate in the end of the calendar year profit sharing based on the percentage of income generated for partnership during the calendar year. For intense, if a Partner generated 11% of the total revenue, the Partner is eligible to receive 11% of the amount available in profit sharing account for distribution.
Associate Partners do not participate in our profit sharing account. They are encouraged to learn the business quickly and become a Partner as soon as possible.
Originating Residential loans - If you desire to originate residential loans, you must pass certain exams and individually be licensed; “www.proschools.com” will help you with the education part of the licensing and “mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org” helps you with registration and examination part.
Real Estate Advisor - If you desire to become a real estate advisor and receive commission for real estate sales or real estate referrals, you must pass certain exams and individually be licensed.

The Reasons this Partnership earn you more than 100% – There are numerous reasons to be within our partnership verses brokering a loan directly. Volume premium is number one reason to be mentioned here. By combining your loan volume with the loan volume of the other Partners, the Partnership becomes a powerhouse entitled to additional compensation from the lender due to our volume. This compensation range from .125 to .375% of the total loan volume of the Partnership. Another reason is that the funds available in the profit sharing account will constantly generate income during the year trading within options, futures, bonds and stock markets; a group of five elected Partners oversee the trading of the funds and must approve each trade above 2% of the funds in the account.
A Partner does receive close to 100% of the commission and in some years more than 100% within our Partnership at the level of Senior or Executive Partner combining per case pay-out basis, processing pay of Associate Partners, royalty fees and end of the year profit sharing.
